What's the deal with this whole thing anyway?

The Alaskan Superior court rules in favor of GSUSA. Unfortunately, Judge Judy was nowhere to be seen.

On the next episode of Farthest North vs. GSUSA, hilarity ensues when Farthest North appeals and the case is bumped up to the Alaskan Supreme Court. What happens next is anybody's guess!

The Alaskan Supreme Court swiftly and overwhelmingly rules in favor of Farthest North. It's over.

Not so fast my friend! GSUSA asks the Alaskan Supreme Court to reconsider their argument.

Spoiler alert: The Alaskan Supreme Court denies GSUSA's request to reconsider. Farthest North wins.

Well, the Farthest North case continues.  Yes, really.  I realize I said at one point that it was over - for real this time - but apparently not.  GSUSA doesn't want to concede the Alaskan Supreme Court's decision to rule in favor of Farthest North. 

GSUSA sends FN a notice to pull their charter.

Farthest North and GSUSA come to a settlement.
