Hey there… good to see the unofficial Big Boy patch in your collection. The patches were a custom order Troop 1109 placed with Advantage Emblem; this one would’ve been from our 2010 order (“WaBak” with the properly capitalized “B”). The patch was from a photo I took of Big Boy from the Observation Deck on one of the camp trails. I thought Advantage did a good job digitizing and stitching it.
We ordered enough that other Troops could purchase at cost from us whenever they hiked the mountain, and we regularly mailed off groups of these patches. I recently found some leftover patches from that last order during a closet clean-out and will be forwarding them to the Girlz Gear Trading Post at WaBak.
