    Delegates from GSVSC have concerns about how long it took for them to serve. Timing was long. Voting could have taken less than 3 minutes. The time to tabulate the vote could have been better used to introduce program reports.

    Please learn from this experience to create an interactive, timely annual meeting for your council. What would you do differently?

    How did your council learn what the membership thought about the proposals and the election of officers?

    Was there a thank you for Silvia and GSUSA accomplishments during her term of office?
